Who are Remdale?
For over five decades, the founders of Remdale have successfully worked as specialist contractors within the UK Construction Lift Industry.
Remdale took the initiative to design and fabricate the first wave of the shaft structures, now recognised in the construction industry as the safest and most cost-effective way to install low to medium rise lifts.
Today, Remdale have a range of modular lift shaft system designs to suit a wide range of individual lift types and building constructions.
Remdale’s innovative pre-engineered designs ensure that all the lift, steel and building interfaces are accounted for, providing significant savings in design, development and site installation time.
In the beginning
Having formed a partnership with Remdale at the beginning of 2017, Marton Recruitment have been able to form a valued and close working business relationship that has really allowed Remdale to provide a streamlined hiring service to its potential candidates and to attract talent that has remained with Remdale to date.
As a company we recognised Remdale had a hard working ethos and identified this as a key part of the culture fit – the commitment of staff we witnessed on our regular visits since our initial meetings.
To assist in an efficient and accurate hiring processes to help Remdale achieve their continued growth & hiring plans between 2017 to 2018.
To source, attract & recruit fabrication, design and site based installation staff to cover permanent and contract roles.
This project was completed through internal website attraction, candidate referrals and actively sourcing talent with the relevant skill set via social media and consultant networks.
Working with global leading brands, Remdale are a company that has allowed an open recruiting programme with constant feedback throughout the process both over the phone and face to face with our consultants and this really helped us attract candidates that were interested to hear the proposition and most importantly – be updated regularly and promptly.

Interviews & Hiring
With thorough pre-screening and shortlisting processes face to face, we were able to present Remdale with a shortlist of candidates across their vacant positions as well as manage the post interview process including all feedback and stage progression.
Upon job offers for the selected candidates, negotiation and contract processing were undertaken by us to provide a streamlined on boarding process.
It’s a testament to the process that every first-choice candidate that was provided an offer, accepted & commenced and are still all present at Remdale today.
