In the beginning

Having formed a working relationship with Peli Hardigg in 2004 they signed a Sole Supplier agreement with Marton Recruitment in 2016 based on the longevity and quality of service they have been provided with to find them both temporary and permanent candidates. We have formed a trusted working relationship which allows them to ask questions regarding the candidate market conditions for their required skill sets and providing them with a consultative recruitment approach built on regular information and feedback
By having regular meetings and site visits Marton Recruitment witnesses first-hand the dynamics of the company and is able to relay this information to potential candidates.

Peli Hardigg are always on the lookout for high quality candidates with skills across engineering, manufacturing and production with the ability to interpret technical manufacturing techniques and focus on how to constantly improve on these to assure a smooth and effective manufacturing process.

Sourcing Talent

As part of our on going partnership, Marton continually and actively source candidates who have the potential to excel in technical manufacturing or engineering environments. This is completed via in-depth face-to-face interviews with candidates as well as deliberately identifying & sourcing candidates, who have, or are soon to complete either technical/engineering qualifications.

With our consultative approach, Peli Hardigg have a real understanding of the current staffing conditions and availability of talent and the importance of acting quickly. Peli Hardigg have been flexible enough to see potential candidates at short notice for their internal processes and make themselves available so that candidates who possess a high skill level are afforded the opportunity of quick access to site and to understand the skills and attributes that are required for the functions of the roles.
